The OnePlus 6T was released to the UK market on the 6th of November and it hasn’t disappointed. It is the second flagship phone they have released this year and although the OnePlus 6 was a great phone, the OnePlus 6T is consistently better in every aspect.

OnePlus are renowned for offering top specifications for budget prices and this model proves that. If this were an Apple or Samsung device, you would have to spend at least double to match the cutting-edge technology included in this device.

The weather made it a little more challenging than we all hoped for – but everyone had a lot of fun and we managed to raise a great sum of money for the tremendous causes at Wessex Cancer Trust.

According to a new report from market research firm Counterpoint, Huawei has surpassed Apple to become the second largest smartphone company in the world. The Chinese firm achieved the feat consistently for the month of June and July.

The Chinese firm achieved higher sales than Apple in the months of June and July and are expected to do the same for August too. They are China’s leading smartphone and have become popular due to their large displays and advanced camera functions.

They have a great presence in Asia, Europe and Latin America but a foothold in the South Asian, Indian, and North American markets, which “limits Huawei’s potential to the near-to-mid-term to take a sustainable second place position behind Samsung.”…

This new Nokia 8 Android flagship aims to bring something different to the mobile industry with the introduction on ‘bothies’.

The ‘bothie’ is a reinvention of the very popular ‘selfie’ that everyone can take on their normal front-facing camera but the Dual-Sight technology on the new Nokia 8 allows to use both the front and rear-facing cameras to take pictures or videos of themselves at the same time.

Government threatens firms with £17m fines if nothing is done about cyber-attacks

The government has warned that much more needs to be done to combat cyber-attacks as the threat of attacks grows bigger.

Firms could face fines of up to £17m or 4% global turnover if they fail to protect themselves from these attacks.

The crackdown is primarily aimed at making sure essential services such as water, energy, transport and health firms are safeguarded against hacking attempts however, there is also a warning to SMEs as a company which suffered a cyber attack is fined £60,000 by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)…
